The full form of “BANK PO” is Bank Probationary Officer. It is a manager level post offered in various Public Sector Banks in India and position of Assistant Manager in any Public Sector Bank.

The notification dates for the Bank PO exams in 2024 are as follows:

BANK PO Exam Fees 2024
The exam fees for the Bank PO exams in 2024 are as follows:
- IBPS PO 2024: The application fee for the IBPS PO 2024 exam is Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST) for SC/ST/PWBD candidates and Rs. 850/- (inclusive of GST) for all others.
- SBI PO 2024: The application fee for the SBI PO exam is ₹750/-. Free Schedule Caste, Scheduled Tribes, and Economically Weaker Section candidates are exempt from it.
BANK PO Exam Eligibility 2024
The eligibility criteria for the Bank PO exams in 2024:
- Age Limit:
- For IBPS PO 2024, candidates must be a minimum of 20 years and a maximum of 30 years old.
- For SBI PO 2024, candidates must above 21 years of age and must not be above 30 years of age.
- However, age relaxation is provided based on the category that belongs to the reservation.
- Educational Qualification:
- The candidate should be a graduate or have an equivalent qualification in any discipline from some recognized University.
- The candidate should pass the qualifying examination by August 2024.
- Nationality:
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Computer Literacy:
- Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory.
- Candidates should have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language or should have studied Computer/Information Technology as one of the subjects in High School/College/Institute.
- Language Proficiency:
- Candidates should have verbal and written proficiency in the official language of the State/UT. The candidate should be able to read, write and speak the language.
