The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national-level entrance examination conducted in India by the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is used for admissions to various management programs across the country.
The test evaluates candidates on several areas, including quantitative techniques, logical reasoning, language comprehension, general awareness, and innovation & entrepreneurship.
CMAT scores are accepted by a large number of AICTE-approved institutions, university departments, constituent colleges, and affiliated colleges offering MBA and PGDM programs. The exam typically takes place once a year, and the format consists of multiple-choice questions.

CMAT Notification Date 2024
The CMAT 2025 notification is expected to be released in the second week of March 2025.
CMAT Registration 2024
The registration process will start at that time and will be open until the third week of April 2025.
CMAT Admit Card 2024
The CMAT 2025 admit card will be available for download in May 2025. Candidates will be able to access their admit cards by logging into the official CMAT website using their application credentials. The exact date for the release of the admit cards will be announced closer to the time of the exam
CMAT Exam Date 2024
The exam is scheduled to take place in the third week of May 2025, with admit cards being available earlier that month
CMAT Result Date 2024
The CMAT 2024 results were declared on June 6, 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download their scorecards from the official CMAT website using their login credentials
CMAT Exam Fees 2024
The CMAT 2024 exam fees are as follows:
- General (Male): ₹2000
- General (Female): ₹1000
- General-EWS/SC/ST/OBC (Male and Female): ₹1000
- Transgender: ₹1000
These fees are to be paid online through debit card, credit card, net banking, Paytm, or UPI
CMAT Exam Eligibility 2024
The eligibility criteria for the CMAT 2024 exam are as follows:
- Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for the CMAT 2024.
- Educational Qualification:
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates who are in the final year of their Bachelor’s degree course and whose results will be declared before the commencement of the academic session 2024-25 are also eligible to apply
